How and when your MyDIY order reaches you.
To confirm before launch: your delivery charges, free-delivery
threshold and dispatch times. Enter them once in
config.php under
delivery and they will appear here, on every product page, in the
basket and at checkout automatically. Until then the site does not quote a
delivery figure anywhere — nothing is guessed.
Delivery costs are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
To confirm: whether you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish
Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, and whether a
surcharge applies to any of them.
Larger and heavier items
To confirm: how building materials and other bulky items are
delivered (kerbside, pallet, booked slot), and what the customer needs to be ready for.
Tracking your order
You will get an order reference as soon as you check out. Signed-in customers can see every order under your orders. If anything looks wrong, contact us quoting your reference.
